Our check out cart is set up to receive all credit card payments via PayPal. You can be assured PayPal is a very safe and confidential method when providing your payment information. Through PayPal, our cart is set up to accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and electronic check payments. We are also happy to accept personal checks, however your order will not be processed until we have received payment and the check has cleared. Which forms of payment do you accept? TOP
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express through Pay Pal. You do not have to have a Pay Pal account to make credit card payments through their system. Money orders and personal checks will also be accepted. However, please note that your order will not be processed until the payment is received and all checks have cleared.

Yes! Personalizeitforme.com does not store any of your credit card information on our computers. We will not share any private information with any other parties. What if an item I purchased is out of stock, discontinued or back-ordered? TOP
We do our best to keep our website updated. Occasionally, an order will get through for such items, in which case, the customer will be notified via email or phone and either a comparable, replacement item or order cancellation and/or refund will be offered.
How long will it take to receive my order? TOP
Each transaction placed via this website will be personalized for you as if we took it from you face to face in our retail store. Order arrival times can vary greatly. With each one of our items being custom made for you please allow an adequate amount of time for the completion and delivery of your order. Completion and delivery time varies for each one of our products - Many of our items take only 2 - 3 business days to be personalized, but other products make take much longer. Production times vary with each item and most are listed in the individual product description section. In addition to the personalization time you need to add and allow an adequate time for your item to be delivered to you or the recipient. If you are unsure when your order will arrive please email or call us before ordering to make sure we will be able to accommodate your time frame. Although our production team can accommodate most circumstances, please do place your order in advance to avoid an additional rush fee charge.
I need my order fast... what do I do? TOP
If you do need to receive an order via rush delivery you must call us at personalizeitforme@gmail.com prior to placing your order to confirm we can meet your expectations. We do check our email very frequently throughout the day... so don't worry we will get back to you very shortly! How will my item(s) arrive? TOP
Shipping carriers will vary. Most orders do ship via UPS or Fed-Ex ground service. Although sometimes your order will arrive via the US Postal Service. How is the shipping fee calculated? TOP
Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout via PayPal. Your shipping fee is FREE with an order that totals more than $100.00. Why did some of my items arrive in multiple boxes and on different days? TOP
We do work with many incredibly talented artists, designers, personalization manufacturers, engravers and embroidery facilities. Some of the items featured on our website are sent to you or the recipient directly from them. It is possible that your order may arrive in multiple boxes over the estimated shipping time frame. Please note that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs if your order arrives in more than one box. You will only be charged the shipping charge calculated when checking out of our secure shopping cart system.
What about typographical errors? TOP
On the rare occasion that a typographical and/or computer error occurs, Personalizeitforme.com reserves the right to refuse, cancel or correct any orders placed that contains the error; including but not limited to, price, delivery time, availability, minimums, etc. If any corrections need to be made to your order, the customer will be notified via email/and or phone. Email correspondence is our main way we stay in contact with our customers after an order has been placed and on the day the order has been shipped out. When a first-time order is placed, we will also add your email address to our email distribution list to keep you informed of upcoming sales, discount codes to use on future orders, giveaways, and other fun promotions. All returns or exchanges must be authorized by Personalize It For Me prior to returning a product. Please contact us if you are not completely satisfied with any one of your items, we will then either authorize a return or exchange the item for you. Sometimes, but very rarely, items do break during the shipping process. If you do receive an item that is broken or damaged in any way please contact us. The only thing we ask is that you keep the item in it's original packaging. We will correct any errors or replace defective items in a very timely manner.
